Service Description

This package includes up to 6 Hours of professional wedding photography coverage on your wedding day, two photographers, unlimited photos, professional edits, a private online photo gallery with a 72 hour turnaround on photos. - Professional Edits (Your professional editor will curate the best images from your wedding day. Then each image is edited 1-by-1 to provide a professional Color Enhancement - making your photos as bright, vivid and true to life as possible. Our editing style is true tone which means colors will look true to life. All photos will then be sent to your private online gallery for download). - 30 Day Online Gallery (Your private online photo gallery will be hosted through Pic-Time and is where the editor will send your photos after editing. Here, you will be able to download all of your edited digital photos from your wedding day at no additional charge). You may also, create photo albums and other unique art such as a photo canvas, or physical prints. - These additional items are available for purchase directly through your gallery at an additional charge). - Print Release (Your downloaded digital photos will include a print release, which is a document that gives you permission to use, and print your photos for personal use only).


Cancellation Policy

Services must be paid in full one week prior to your scheduled appointment. For services booked less than one week prior to your scheduled appointment. Please see our late bookings section below. Deposits: Deposits are paid the same day you book a service. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits made via website are due at the time of booking. Deposits made via invoice are due by end of day (5pm CT). If your booking has been scheduled and your deposit has not been paid - your booking will automatically cancel by the end of day (5pm CT). Notifications of this cancellation will be sent to your e-mail. If your deposit has been paid but your service has not been paid in full - your booking will automatically cancel one week prior to your scheduled appointment. A 48 hour grace period will be given to rebook your service using the initial deposit paid. After 48 hours - your deposit will no longer be valid and you will need to rebook your service via website. Paid In Full: Services paid in full via our website or invoice will receive a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours - refunds will not be available and a credit will be issued towards our services. The credit that you receive will be valid for 6 months. After 6 months the credit will become invalid and unavailable for use. Example: If you booked an Engagement Session and paid a deposit for your session - your deposit is non-refundable. If you failed to pay the remaining balance one week prior to your scheduled appointment - your appointment will be canceled and you will then have 48 hours to rebook your service using your initial deposit. After 48 hours - your initial deposit will no longer be available and you will have to rebook the service again. However - if you booked an Engagement Session and paid the entire balance at 2 pm on Monday and decided you no longer want the service - a couple of hours later - you will receive a full refund for your purchase. If you booked an Engagement Session at 2 pm on Monday and decided at 3 pm on Tuesday - that you no longer want the service - you will then receive a credit for the amount paid. That credit can be used to purchase any services on our website. This does not include Groupon services. Late Bookings: If you book a service less than one week prior to your scheduled appointment - your service must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you have scheduled an appointment and the service has not been paid in full - your appointment will automatically cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Notifications of this cancellation will be sent to your e-mail and our 35.00 rescheduling fee will be applied to your account. Please see our "Rescheduling Policy" for more details. Modified Services: Modified services are making partial or minor changes to your service. When modifying a service - an invoice will be sent to your e-mail as well as an updated confirmation e-mail that will read "Custom Service - Please see invoice." The invoice received must be paid the day of booking. If your invoice has not been paid by end of day (5 pm CT) your appointment will be canceled. Please visit our "Modified Services" tab for more information on rebooking or how to cancel your modification. Examples of Modified Services: 1.) Changing the duration of the appointment. If you would like to add any additional time. 2.) Adding additional people to your scheduled appointment. Every service has a limited number of individuals. Please read your service details or reach out to us to for more information. 3.) Changing your location. Most of our services are based in Chicago. If you would like to schedule your session for a suburban area - our 65.00 travel fee will be added to your session. If you are modifying a location within Chicago - please let us know 2 hours prior to your scheduled session. After two hours - our 25.00 fee will be added. Please see our "Modification of Services" section for more information. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your appointment - please inform us 72 hours prior to your scheduled service so that we may adjust our schedule. Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will incur a 50.00 cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will incur a 75.00 cancellation fee. Fees will be applied to your account during rescheduling.
