Service Description
This is Pet Photography Session is great for in-home or on-the-go! Some pets are more comfortable being at home in their own space - some are more outdoorsy and love to roll around! Whichever one your pet prefers - we will capture it. Pet Photography Mini Session: - 30 Minutes - 10 High Resolution Images - 24 Hour Turnaround - Color Enhancement - 30 Day Online Gallery - One Photographer - Up to 5 people Recommended Locations: - Promontory Point - Adler Planetarium - Home Based Studio (Plain White Backdrop) - Chicago Beaches - Millennium Park - Nature Boardwalk at Lincoln Park - Ping Tom Park If you have a location in mind - please state that in your booking form. Cancellation Policy
All services and travel fees must be paid in full prior to your scheduled appointment. Deposits are paid the same day you book a service. Deposits are non-refundable. Services paid in full can request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase - after 24 hours refunds will not be given. Credits are available only in the case of weather reschedules or at the photographers discretion. Credits are non-refundable and expire within 6 months. Credits will not be given for personal cancellations. This does not include Engagement or Wedding Photography. In the event that you cancel your service - you will have to repurchase that service unless specified through e-mail by your photographer. This includes any Groupon purchases. There are no refunds for same day bookings. If you wish to cancel your service - please inform us 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Any services 20-minutes and under - cancelled by the customer must be repurchased. This does not include Engagement or Wedding Photography. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will incur a 75.00 cancellation fee charged to your account. No shows will also incur a 75.00 fee. We do not issue refunds due to inclement weather - locations that are inaccessible - late arrivals - no shows - cancellations by customers or unpaid invoices. We do not accept payments for remaining balances on location unless specified and approved by your photographer via email. While we understand that life happens - we take the time to create a schedule and ensure we are on time so that we can provide you with quality service as well as respecting other clients. Please respect our time and policies as well. Mini Session Policy: Mini Sessions are offered at a reduced rate due to their cost efficiencies and limited time slots. As a result - sessions 20-minutes and under cannot be rescheduled - refunded - or transferred unless approved by your photographer. Please ensure you are available at your selected time before booking. This includes Groupon purchases.
