Service Description
100.00 deposit required at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be sent via invoice prior to your scheduled appointment. Pamela L. King Photography: 6-Hour Chicago Wedding Package Capture the genuine emotions and cherished moments of your Chicago wedding with Pamela L. King Photography's exclusive 6-hour package. We specialize in "True-to-Life Wedding Photography” focusing on preserving the natural intimacy and vibrant atmosphere of your special day without excessive editing. Package Highlights: 6 Hours of Comprehensive Coverage: We'll be there to document every precious moment, from bridal preparations to the joyous reception. Two Experienced Photographers: Ensuring no detail is missed - two skilled photographers will capture your wedding from multiple perspectives. Natural Light Ceremony: For intimate ceremonies, we prioritize natural light photography, creating a soft and authentic ambiance. Flash Photography for Reception: As requested, we'll utilize flash photography to capture the energy and excitement of your reception. True-to-Life Color Enhancement: All photos undergo meticulous color correction, resulting in natural skin tones and vibrant, true-to-life images. Digital Gallery via Pic-Time: Within one week of your wedding, you'll receive a secure digital gallery link to access and download your high-resolution photos. Free Digital Downloads: All digital photos are included in your package, available for download at no additional cost. Guest Access: Share your gallery with friends and family, allowing them to download their favorite memories. 90-Day Download Availability: Your high-resolution digital downloads will be available for 90 days. Optional Prints, Canvases, and Photo Books: Enhance your memories with professional prints, canvases, and photo books, available for purchase directly through your Pic-Time gallery. Your 6-Hour Itinerary (Flexible to Your Needs): Bridal Preparations Wedding Ceremony Private Bride and Groom Session Reception Location: This package covers weddings within Chicago, Illinois and surrounding Suburbs. Pamela L. King Photography: Your Story, Beautifully Told. Travel fee outside of Chicago, Illinois - 70.00. Additional Travel Fee: 350.00 for Midwestern States.
Cancellation Policy
All services and travel fees must be paid in full prior to your scheduled appointment. Deposits are paid the same day you book a service. Deposits are non-refundable. Services paid in full can request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase - after 24 hours refunds will not be given. Credits are available only in the case of weather reschedules or at the photographers discretion. Credits are non-refundable and expire within 6 months. Credits will not be given for personal cancellations. This does not include Engagement or Wedding Photography. In the event that you cancel your service - you will have to repurchase that service unless specified through e-mail by your photographer. This includes any Groupon purchases. There are no refunds for same day bookings. If you wish to cancel your service - please inform us 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Any services 20-minutes and under - cancelled by the customer must be repurchased. This does not include Engagement or Wedding Photography. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will incur a 75.00 cancellation fee charged to your account. No shows will also incur a 75.00 fee. We do not issue refunds due to inclement weather - locations that are inaccessible - late arrivals - no shows - cancellations by customers or unpaid invoices. We do not accept payments for remaining balances on location unless specified and approved by your photographer via email. While we understand that life happens - we take the time to create a schedule and ensure we are on time so that we can provide you with quality service as well as respecting other clients. Please respect our time and policies as well. Mini Session Policy: Mini Sessions are offered at a reduced rate due to their cost efficiencies and limited time slots. As a result - sessions 20-minutes and under cannot be rescheduled - refunded - or transferred unless approved by your photographer. Please ensure you are available at your selected time before booking. This includes Groupon purchases.
